Q: How do I order?
A: Click "Create Your Memory" on our homepage. You'll be
guided through choosing your animation style, uploading
your 4 photos, recording your voice for each photo, and
then completing payment.
Q: When do I pay?
A: After you've created your video. You'll upload your photos,
record your voice, review everything, then checkout for $79.
Q: What if I'm not tech-savvy?
A: If you can send a text message and use your phone's camera,
you can do this. We've made it incredibly simple. And if you
get stuck, we're here to help.
PHOTOS
Q: What kind of photos should I choose?
A: Choose 4 meaningful photos that tell your story. Mix different
eras — childhood, wedding, family moments, recent photos.
Q: What format should my photos be?
A: JPG, PNG, or HEIC files. Photos from your phone, scanned
photos, or digital copies all work.
Q: What if my photos are old or faded?
A: That's fine! We can work with old photos. The animation
style will actually enhance them and give them new life.
Q: Can I use the same person in all 4 photos?
A: Absolutely! This is YOUR story (or their story). Use
whatever photos are meaningful.
VOICE RECORDINGS
Q: How do I record my voice?
A: Use your smartphone's built-in voice memo app. Find a
quiet room, hold the phone about 6-12 inches from your mouth,
and tell the story behind each photo. That's it!
Q: How long should each recording be?
A: Up to 90 seconds per photo (6 minutes total for all 4).
But they can be shorter — whatever feels right.
Q: What should I say?
A: Tell the story! Where was this photo taken? Who's in it?
What was happening? Why is this moment special? What do you
want people to remember? Speak naturally, like you're telling
a friend or family member.
Q: What if I make a mistake while recording?
A: Just record it again! You can re-record as many times as
you want before submitting.
Q: I'm not good at speaking. Will this sound okay?
A: Your voice is what matters, not perfection. Emotion beats
polish every time. Your family wants to hear YOU, not a
professional narrator.
VIDEO CREATION
Q: How long does it take to create my video?
A: Up to 5 business days from when we receive your completed order.
Q: What animation styles can I choose from?
A: Six styles: Watercolour Sketch, Pencil Sketch, Black and
White Portrait, Vintage Sepia, Oil Painting, and Original.
You'll see examples of each when you create your video.
Q: Can I see my video before it's final?
A: You'll review your uploaded content (photos and recordings)
before checkout. Once we create the video, we'll send it to you.
If there are any issues, we'll work with you to make it right.

Q: What exactly do I get for $79?
A: Everything! You get:
- Animated video (MP4 file, up to 6 minutes)

Q: What is the print-ready PDF?
A: It's a beautifully designed PDF featuring your
photos with an embedded QR code. You print it yourself (at
home or at a print shop), frame it, and display it. Anyone
can scan the QR code with their phone to watch your video
instantly.
Q: Do I get a physical framed print?
A: No, you receive a print-ready PDF file that you print and
frame yourself. This keeps the cost down and lets you print
as many copies as you want (for multiple family members).
Q: How does the QR code work?
A: Anyone with a smartphone can open their camera app, point
it at the QR code, and tap the notification that appears.
It will open your video presentation page in their browser.
No app needed!
Q: How long will my video be accessible?
A: Forever. Your presentation page is hosted permanently, and
you also receive the video file to download and keep as backup.
SHARING & PRIVACY
Q: How do I share my video?
A: Multiple ways:
- Post the video file to social media
- Share the QR code (people scan to watch)
- Download the MP4 and send it directly
Q: Is my content private?
A: Yes. Your photos, voice recordings, and video are never
shared publicly or used for marketing without your permission.
Only people you share the link or QR code with can access it.
Q: Can I download my video?
A: Yes! You'll receive the full MP4 file to download and keep
forever. Store it wherever you like — your computer, cloud
storage, external hard drive.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: $79 AUD. That includes everything — the animated video,
print-ready PDF, all digital files, and
delivery. No hidden fees.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Credit card, debit card, and PayPal.
Q: Is shipping included?
A: Yes — everything is delivered digitally via email, so
there's no shipping cost.
REFUNDS & GUARANTEES
Q: What's your refund policy?
A: 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your
video, we'll work with you to make it right. If we can't fix

Q: Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
A: Yes, if you request it before we start creating your video.
Once production begins, we've invested time and resources, so
refunds are case-by-case.

Q: Can I buy this as a gift?

gift certificate that you can print or email to the recipient.
They can then create their video whenever they're ready.
Q: How does the gift certificate work?
A: You purchase it for $79, receive an email
with a unique code, and give it to the recipient. They visit
our site, enter their code, and create their video.
Q: Can I help them create it?
A: Yes! Many people buy this as a gift and then sit down with
their parents or grandparents to help them choose photos and
record stories together. It's a wonderful bonding experience.
