These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 4everVoices 
and the services we provide. By using our service, you agree to 
these Terms.

OUR SERVICES

4everVoices provides:
- Personalised animated memory videos created from your photos 
  and voice recordings
- Print-ready PDFs with embedded QR codes
- Digital video files (MP4)

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our services.

HOW IT WORKS

1. PURCHASE
   You purchase our service for $79 AUD

2. SUBMIT CONTENT
   You provide:
   • 4 photos (JPG, PNG, or HEIC format)
   • 4 voice recordings (up to 90 seconds each, total 6 minutes)
   • Your preferred animation style

3. PRODUCTION
   We create your video within 5 business days

4. DELIVERY
   We deliver:
   • Digital video file (MP4) via email
   • Print-ready PDF with QR code via email

PRICING & PAYMENT

PRICING
$79 AUD includes:
- Animated video (up to 6 minutes)
- Digital MP4 file
- Print-ready A4 PDF with QR code
- Digital delivery (no shipping charges)

PAYMENT
- Payment is due at the time of order
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
- GST is included where applicable

YOUR CONTENT

OWNERSHIP
You retain full ownership of all photos and voice recordings 
you submit to us.

LICENSE TO US
By submitting content, you grant us a license to:
- Use your content solely for creating and delivering your video
- Store your content for 2 years to allow for revisions or 
  additional videos
- We will NOT use your content for any other purpose without 
  your explicit permission

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to use all submitted content
- You have obtained necessary consent from any individuals 
  appearing in photos or voice recordings
- Your content does not infringe on anyone's copyright, 
  trademark, or other rights
- Your content is not illegal, offensive, or inappropriate

CONTENT GUIDELINES
Content must be:
- Appropriate for all audiences
- Free from hate speech, violence, or explicit material
- Free from copyrighted material you don't have rights to use

We reserve the right to refuse to process content that violates 
these guidelines.

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

WE WILL:
- Create your video with professional quality and care
- Deliver your video within 5 business days of receiving 
  your completed order
- Provide one round of minor revisions if needed
- Host your presentation page permanently
- Protect your privacy and content security

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE:
- Exact color matching (colors may vary based on photo quality 
  and animation style)
- Perfect audio quality (depends on your recording quality)
- Specific animation details beyond our standard styles

REVISIONS

ONE ROUND OF REVISIONS INCLUDED
- Minor revisions (timing adjustments, small edits)
- Must be requested within 4 days of video delivery
- Revised videos delivered within 3-5 business days

MAJOR CHANGES
- Different photos, complete re-recording, or substantial 
  changes may incur additional fees
- Contact us to discuss

DELIVERY

DIGITAL DELIVERY
- Delivered via email to the address you provide
- You are responsible for providing a valid email address
- We are not responsible for email delivery issues beyond

- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your email

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

YOUR RIGHTS
- You own your completed video
- You can share, download, and use your video freely
- You cannot resell our service or use our methods commercially

OUR RIGHTS
- We own our business name, logo, website, and animation 
  techniques
- You may not copy or reproduce our service

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim all warranties, including:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement

We do not warrant that:
- Our services will meet all your expectations
- Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Any errors will be corrected

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Any damages arising from use of our services

Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you 
paid ($79).

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any 
consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be 
excluded, restricted, or modified.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to:
- A refund or replacement if services are not of acceptable quality
- Compensation for any foreseeable loss or damage

CONTENT RETENTION

We retain your photos and voice recordings for 2 years after 
project completion for the purposes of:
- Allowing you to request changes
- Creating additional videos with the same content
- Quality assurance

You may request deletion of your content at any time by 
contacting us.

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services if you:
- Breach these Terms
- Provide false or misleading information
- Submit inappropriate or illegal content
- Engage in fraudulent activity

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and 
the Commonwealth of Australia.

DISPUTES
If you have a dispute:
1. Contact us first to try to resolve it informally
2. If we can't resolve it, we'll try mediation
3. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved in the courts 
   of South Australia

INDIVIDUAL DISPUTES ONLY
You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a 
class action.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post 
changes on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes
